Lydia is a recent graduate from Taylor University, where she studied business management, systems, and applied music. Lydia was an HR intern at a local store near Indianapolis, Indiana during the summer of 2021. She fell in love with Chick-fil-A’s culture and the field of HR. Lydia is passionate about people and providing for their needs. In Lydia’s spare time, she loves being outside, baking, playing with her dog, or doing arts and crafts.
