Tammy served as a Chick-fil-A Operator for 13 years in California. Prior to being an Operator, she served as a Corporate Grand Opening Supervisor and an Executive Director in a restaurant. She loves the relationship side of the business most and is passionate about assisting current Operators in finding the best talent possible. When she’s not working to connect great people to great opportunities, Tammy and her husband love to be outdoors, hiking and enjoying the sunshine; they love to go on adventures as often as they can!
