Aaron has 6 years of experience with Chick-fil-A, including various operational management roles, a leadership development program, and helping with a grand opening in Minnesota. Aaron pursued a future with Cooper Connect after discovering his greatest passion – talent acquisition. Aaron lives in his home state of Indiana where he enjoys a rich church community, helping with his family’s you-pick flower and pumpkin farm, and most of all spending time with his wife, Erin, and their four daughters – Charlotte, Lane, Avery, and Alexandra.
