Jeremy Tatman, Owner/Operator
DAVENPORT
Jeremy Tatman began his Chick-fil-A career in the late 90s by working as a Team Member in Texas. For almost 10 years he learned about the business and remained at that location until 2005. Jeremy received his Bachelor’s from Wheaton College in Illinois. He was selected as a franchisee for his first store in 2006, transitioning him to Davenport, Iowa, as the new mall Owner/Operator. After a couple of years, Jeremy progressed to a free-standing unit in 2008 as the Owner/Operator, where he remains very involved in his local store and the Quad Cities community.
Jeremy sincerely cares for his team and is passionate about developing them into better professionals within and outside of the workplace. He aims to provide clear growth paths with aggressive checklists that allow for an increase in pay every 30-60 days.

Vision and Values
Our mission is to equip you to win at work and in life. We care about you in and out of the restaurant.
Lives of Legacy is a non-profit organization based on four pillars: Strengths Based Poverty Alleviation, Community Safety & Security, Community Health & Wellness, and Cradle-to-Career Education. Lives of Legacy provides a 13-week course to help high school students develop their strengths. “We want the students to realize their value and that their community needs their gifts,” says Jeremy Tatman, founder. Throughout the course, the students receive job training and create a life plan.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
One way Chick-fil-A Davenport aims to do this is by serving, supporting, and partnering with organizations and non-profits such as local schools, Family First, Humility of Mary Shelter, Lift for the 22, YouthHope, Kids for Vets, Orange Theory Fitness, K&K True Value Hardware, QC Barbell, Jumping Joey’s, and the SAU Dance Marathon.
- Davenport hosts a variety of community events such as Teacher Appreciation, Spirit Night, Athlete Night, Family Night, Movie Night, and more!
