COMMUNITY IMPACT
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE CHICK-FIL-A A CAREER OR BECOME AN OWNER/OPERATOR?
“Those interested in being an Owner/Operator, be prepared to work harder than you ever have before in any job or capacity. Expectations are high, the work is physically demanding and mentally tiring, but just know that if you pour into it and remain humble and vulnerable it will absolutely be worth it. It is by far the most rewarding role I have ever had and although each day brings challenges, the impact you have on so many young adults and the experience you bring to the community makes it worth it.”
