We are looking for Recruiting Professionals to join our team. Having highly focused recruiters is an integral part of our success. You will be in charge of connecting with qualified candidates, interviewing them thoroughly, and placing them in rewarding careers at Chick-fil-A.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Making connections and developing relationships with candidates to connect them with fulfilling and rewarding careers
  • Continuously building your talent pipeline by sourcing, assessing, and conducting in-depth phone interviews
  • Managing your candidates from application to job placement
  • Job Posting through social media sites and job boards
  • Collaborating with your team to implement new hiring strategies
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years of experience working at Chick-fil-A
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Possess a highly-disciplined work ethic
  • Exceptional networking, social media, and phone skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
