CURRENT
“As a restaurant owner, leadership coach, father, and husband, I am constantly thinking about how those around me view the world and, more importantly, view themselves. Oftentimes times I meet people who are going through a season of “limited oxygen” where they are slowly smoldering away. It is usually a result of low self-image coupled with limited vision for a future better than their current state. This is a challenging place to start a fire.
My goal is to move people out of the slow smolder and into the massive explosion stage of their lives and careers. Through personalized coaching that centers around the individual’s unique talents and perspective, we build the fire one stick at a time.”
Vision and Values
Over the years, the Fairfield Chick-fil-A has given back to their community through various partners, events, and organizations such as, Cookies with a Cause, Travis Air Force Base, Spirit Nights, Leaven Kids Organization, and Cow Bingo Night!
With a passion to help others along in their leadership journey, Aaron Eddy founded an internal Leadership Development Program to encourage and train up the next generation of leaders within a small-business, restaurant setting.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE CHICK-FIL-A A CAREER OR BECOME AN OWNER/OPERATOR?
“Being an Owner/Operator can be a battle, but rewarding. You will not get this culture anywhere else, and you’ll learn things you haven’t before like networking and mentorship.
I am here to be a matchstick for others: to help them discover their potential and ignite a vision for their future.”
