Alyssa Anderson’s Chick-fil-A journey is rooted in entrepreneurship, mission work, and a passion for leadership. Inspired by her father, a business owner and later a Chick-fil-A Operator, she pursued a business degree at LSU and spent time in nonprofit work, including international missions. Initially unfamiliar with Chick-fil-A, she became intrigued after seeing her father’s experience and entered the Operator selection process.
After years of waiting, Alyssa and her husband relocated to Corpus Christi so she could gain hands-on experience at her father’s restaurant. This led to an opportunity to run a mall-based Chick-fil-A in Louisiana, where she thrived despite the unique challenges. Under her leadership, the restaurant won Symbol of Success twice, reflecting her dedication and team-building skills.
Now, she is preparing to open a new free-standing Chick-fil-A in Lafayette, Colorado. Alyssa views her role as more than a business—it’s a mission field where she can mentor and inspire. Her journey is a testament to faith, leadership, and the power of perseverance.
