Andrew is a third-generation Veteran, spending over fifteen years in the United States Army and undertaking various deployments. Following his service, he returned home to Minnesota knowing he wanted a career serving others. Inspired by the life and legacy of Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A, Andrew began steps toward learning the organization and eventual entrepreneurship. He is passionate about actively serving his team and engaging his community in intentional, innovative ways.
Andrew and his wife, Elisa, have 6 children – Isaiah, Luke, Jacob, William, Charlotte, and John Peter. He enjoys golfing, fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
