Ben is proudly married to his high school sweetheart, with whom he has been blessed with 2 beautiful children. Ben and his family are active members of their church and enjoy spending time together as a family and in the community, outdoors, hiking, playing sports, and creating new long-term relationships.

Chick-fil-A Story

Ben’s path with Chick-fil-A began in the restaurant and grew over time through strategic leadership roles. He served as Executive Director at Chick-fil-A West Evansville in Indiana before joining Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program through the Support Center. These experiences helped shape his operational mindset and people-first leadership philosophy. In 2024, he was selected to open the Chick-fil-A Richmond location, where he’s building a launch team and culture from the ground up.
