Brad’s father had a friend who was a local Owner/Operator for Chick-fil-A, which led Brad to be curious about the organization and the opportunity to franchise at a young age. His journey began as a Team Member at The Woodlands at College Park while working on attaining his degree at Texas A&M University.
Brad’s work ethic and leadership skills led him to Chick-fil-A Coporate’s Leadership Development Program (LDP), where he gained valuable experience overseeing grand openings and managing various restaurants across the country. In 2019, he became the Operator of Chick-fil-A The Parks at Arlington, where he successfully led and grew the business. Building on his success, he transitioned to Mansfield, Texas, opening the new Chick-fil-A Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd on December 1, 2022. The team was recently awarded the prestigious “Guardian of the Brand” for outstanding food safety practices and operational excellence in 2024.
Brad is focused on local community involvement, team development, and creating memorable experiences for guests. They host a variety of events, their newest being a Fall Festival in the restaurant’s parking lot, featuring a petting zoo, face and pumpkin painting, cornhole, crafts, and other fun activities to bring families together.
Debbie Lane & Matlock Road’s Mission Statement is, “To love and support one another, while pursuing excellence in all that we do.” They give back to their community through various partners, events, and organizations.
