Brad began working his first job with Chick-fil-A at 18 years old. Throughout his tenure, he grew to take on more responsibility, seeing Chick-fil-A not only as a job but as a partner in his professional growth. Brad and his wife, Donna, have committed to providing excellent service and a welcoming environment for their teams and guests in Monroe, Georgia, for more than fifteen years. Together, alongside their three children, they have been actively involved in their community through their work at Chick-fil-A, striving to positively impact those around them.

- Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Kids at Heart Program
- Involved with Leader Academy in the local schools

- Collection location for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes
- Military and National Guard Appreciation
