Brian’s journey with Chick-fil-A spans over 17 years, beginning with a desire to make a greater impact through business and community leadership. After years of persistence—including a lengthy application process—he was given the opportunity to become an Operator, starting in a mall location before eventually expanding.
Today, Brian serves as the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Sawmill Road and Chick-fil-A Tuttle Crossing in Columbus, Ohio. Since opening and later being entrusted with a second location in 2021, his focus has remained consistent: build strong teams, develop leaders, and create an environment where people thrive.
For Brian, Chick-fil-A is more than a restaurant—it’s a platform to impact lives. He believes every interaction, whether with a guest or team member, is an opportunity to make a difference.
His leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, culture, and development. He is intentional about building a culture where team members are known, valued, and challenged to grow. From leadership development conversations to “know your why” check-ins, Brian ensures that every team member has a path forward.
He also takes a long-term view of leadership—preferring to develop individuals from within and giving them the foundation to succeed before stepping into leadership roles. This approach protects the culture while creating sustainable growth for the business and the people within it.
