WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE LOOKING TO BECOME A CHICK-FIL-A OWNER/OPERATOR?
“It’s really really competitive, so you have to learn all aspects, every position. You don’t have to master, but you have to know. Be able to tell your story. Be a grinder. Be willing to give it your all, develop yourself on a daily basis and be someone who makes their team better. Don’t be discouraged and lose heart.”
