Bryan moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, shortly after graduating college in 2002. He applied himself greatly keeping a growth mindset during his first year with Chick-fil-A while he learned as Team Member. He eventually progressed to a Night Time Supervisor position before moving to Wilmington, North Carolina, the following year as the General Manager of a new free-standing Chick-fil-A location.
Bryan assisted in developing many leaders at this location and remain very involved in the surrounding communities until being selected as the Operator for the Regency Square Mall location in 2004. Using the same strategies he had learned at the Wilmington location, Bryan was able to run a successful mall location for the 6 years he was there. In 2010, Bryan was selected to open the new Parham Road location in Richmond, Virginia, where he still resides as its current Operator. His team describes him as supportive, bubbly, wise, and willing to help in any situation.
Chick-fil-A Parham Road is a proud community partner that loves to give back in any way it can. You may have even seen them around town serving at a local school, event, or fair! Their support extends to many organizations including but not limited to, Runway2Life, Miracles in Motion, Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond, and the local Children’s Hospital.
Parham Road hosts a variety of community events such as Kids Night, Spirit Events, Food Drives, Craft Nights, Gallons for Good, Feed the Hungry, and Holiday Celebrations.
The Parham location donates to many organizations, even keeping $1000 in reserve to help anyone in need at a moment’s notice.
