Greg Harb, the Owner/Operator for this location, cares deeply about his team and community. He hosts regular outings for his team and is hands-on when needed. It is not uncommon for this Owner/Operator to jump on the line in the kitchen to help in a rush.
Chick-fil-A is a fast-growing chain that offers lots of opportunities for growth. Greg offers a fast-track into the Manager in Training Program, where you and Greg would set out a growth path, either to prepare for you to apply to the corporate LDP program or internally to continue growing up the ranks in the store.
The Owner/Operator, Greg Harb, is very involved in the Knoxville Community. He currently serves as a Board Member with Yoke Youth Ministries and donates to many local organizations within the community.
