Hannah’s journey from team member to Operator wasn’t straightforward. As she puts it, “I didn’t come from money, and I didn’t think I had enough to give.” But through persistence, mentorship, and deep faith, she entered and completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP); three and a half years that refined her leadership and vision.
In 2024, she opened Chick-fil-A Harry Hines, a freestanding,–non-drive-thru restaurant in the heart of Dallas’s Medical District. The area presents unique challenges as a place where white collar business and medical professionals work alongside impoverished and overlooked residents and the unhoused. Hannah views this as an opportunity to provide compassion, growth, and transformation.
For Hannah, “Sanctuary” is more than a word—it’s her mission. She sees Chick-fil-A Harry Hines as a refuge where people can find purpose and possibility beyond their circumstances. Her leadership focuses on building a culture of excellence, integrity, and belonging, where high standards protect the team and foster dignity.
Despite being a newer restaurant, Chick-fil-A Harry Hines has already earned Guardian of the Brand status and celebrated remarkable team retention. The team’s success is fueled by a shared commitment to consistency, innovation, and genuine care.
