Chick-fil-A Story
Ian began as a part-time team member, quickly ascending to managing his Operator’s two locations. His journey with Chick-fil-A was not traditional; he applied externally without going through Corporate’s Leadership Development Program, reflecting his unique approach and fast-tracked progression to ownership.
During a training session at Chick-fil-A’s Support Center, Ian had an unforgettable interaction with the company’s founder, Truett Cathy. This event had a significant impact on him and reinforced his ambition to become an Owner/Operator. He found the corporate purpose to be in harmony with his intention to “glorify God” through his professional pursuits.
