Chick-fil-A Story
Jason’s Chick-fil-A journey began in 1994 at the Jonesville Dwarf House in metro Atlanta, where he worked through high school and college. After a season in banking, he felt the pull back to Chick-fil-A, drawn by its unmatched culture and values. He became an Operator of a mall unit in Orlando, where he led for five years, before opening his current restaurant in St. Cloud, Florida, in June 2013. With over a decade at this location, Jason continues to refine his leadership approach while building strong teams and creating opportunities for future leaders.
Vision and Values
Jason’s mission is clear: to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of guests, team members, and the community. His store’s culture is built around the acronym “THRIVE”: Think others first, Honor dignity and respect, Relentlessly improve, Integrity, Value results and relationships, and Excellence. Jason believes Chick-fil-A can truly be the “world’s most caring company” and works to make that vision real in St. Cloud. Beyond business, he fosters a culture where young people can grow personally and professionally, ensuring Chick-fil-A is the kind of place parents want their children to work.
