Chick-fil-A Story
“A friend of mine, Keith Metcalfe, who I was a District Manager for a company I also worked for in Texas, became an Operator in Houston. He told me about how much he loved being an Operator and that I should look into it. I spent a week at his restaurant and really got excited about the possibility of pursuing this opportunity myself. After relocating to Orlando with another company, my wife and I decided that we wanted to stay in the area and that the Chick-fil-A Operator opportunity was the perfect time and location for us. I love the opportunity to select and mentor such amazing leaders and team members, who are passionate about making an impact on our guests and our community.”
Vision and Values
Joe’s mission at Universal Blvd is to create unforgettable relationships with the team, guests, and the Orlando community.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE LOOKING TO BECOME A CHICK-FIL-A OWNER/OPERATOR?
“Know what you are applying for and do your research on the company as well as what’s expected of you. You have to be passionate about the opportunity in order to have long-term success. It definitely helps to talk to several Operators before applying.”
