Josh Alexander, Owner/Operator
SYCAMORE SQUARE
While pursuing a Marketing degree at the University of Kentucky, Josh joined the Chick-fil-A team as an Intern to the Marketing Director. He gained valuable experience during this time and discovered a passion for learning business operations under the leadership of Owner/Operator, Bruce Smith. After graduation, Josh progressed from a full-time cashier to leadership for the next five in a half years. He met his wife, Hannah, while they were both working at Chick-fil-A, and they married in 2014.
Josh was selected as Owner/Operator at a local mall Chick-fil-A in Louisville, Kentucky in 2015, and eventually transitioned to the new Sycamore Square Chick-fil-A in Simi Valley, California in 2019. He and Hannah have three children, and hold to their core family values of “faith, family, lifetime learning, health, and time.” They enjoy going to the beach, having movie nights with popcorn, and playing with their dog, Millie.
