Ken began his Chick-fil-A career in June 2000 and has been an Operator for 25 years. Over that time, he has led three different restaurants, relocating twice before establishing Chick-fil-A Greeley. He proudly shares that the current leadership team and culture at Greeley are the best he’s experienced. Under his direction, the restaurant has built one of the most comprehensive training programs in the system, with over 400 slides of product and service training before a team member serves their first guest. His focus on leadership development has already produced candidates advancing to Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program and Corporate Operator pipeline.
Ken’s mission is clear: protect and nurture a culture that is caring, welcoming, inclusive, and diverse. While also recognizing that Chick-fil-A is not the right fit for everyone. He emphasizes hiring for character and cultural alignment over filling positions quickly. His team embodies generosity, from fundraising to help a struggling team member with bills, to providing free meals and birthday benefits, to supporting Spanish-speaking leaders with English classes. For Ken, the restaurant is not just about great food—it’s about creating a legacy of care, opportunity, and excellence that ripples into the community.
