Kevin’s journey with Chick-fil-A began with one of his friends requesting him to be a reference for his own pursuit of becoming an Operator/Owner. At that time, Kevin didn’t know much about one of the largest fast food chains in America but became a student after speaking with a Chick-fil-A representative for the referral. Kevin was a part of ethical organizations, but the idea of running his own business founded upon biblical principles intrigued him.
He began reading Truett Cathy’s books and eventually applied to the rigorous process of becoming a Chick-fil-A franchisee in 2006. He was eventually selected to own and operate the first free-standing Chick-fil-A in King of Prussia, PA in 2013. Kevin has a strong desire to serve his community as well as his employees while pointing them to lead in their everyday lives.
“My goal is to mentor young people and see them have the skills they need to be successful in whatever endeavors they choose. And for those individuals who are older, I’d like to see them develop the competencies to stay with me long term.”
