Chick-fil-A Story
The start of Matt’s Chick-fil-A journey began as a Team Member, eventually working his way up to a Director level. He became a Certified Trainer in both the Front of House and Back of House followed by a position as a Grand Opening Supervisor for the Support Center. After 3 years and 30 Grand Openings with Chick-fil-A, Matt was selected to become the Owner/Operator of the already existing Oxnard store.
Matt continues to pave the way as a leader within Chick-fil-A and the Oxnard community by sponsoring various events and leadership retreats since his arrival in 2014. The location underwent some renovations in early 2021, reopening new and improved in August 2021. Matt aims to develop others, leave a lasting legacy, and be on mission to bring the best-tasting Chicken to the city of Oxnard, by providing quality, fast, and friendly service to their guests!
Vision and Values
Matt aims to develop others and leave a lasting legacy. Oxnard’s vision statement is: “to the best of our ability, provide a place for nourishment, refuge, and joy; no matter what story is being told outside our four walls.”
