Michael Taylor grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia, where he began working as a high school Team Member at his local Chick-fil-A. He played football in high school, aspiring to have a career in the NFL until he suffered a severe knee injury which took months of rehabilitation and physical therapy. While on his journey toward recovery, Michael began to plan his future and learn about the path to entrepreneurship. He seemed to have a natural understanding of business and leadership which he continued to cultivate at his local Chick-fil-A while acquiring his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Michael’s passion for serving local schools and honoring veterans stems from his father serving in the Army, and his sister and mother actively working in the school system. His brother, Alan, is equally dedicated to making a positive impact in the Rochester community as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in Greece, New York. Michael was married to Leizle in 2024, and enjoys sports, fitness, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
