Chick-fil-A Story

If someone told me I was going to sell chicken 10 years ago; I would have laughed at them. Prior to working for Chick-fil-A, I worked for The Hon Company as an Inside Sales and Marketing Associate. Although it was aligned with my major in college, I was not passionate about it. I then spent five years with Target in their leadership program ultimately running a $60 million store with over 200 Team Members. It was a great leadership experience, and I was treated with great respect while progressing in my career. However, Chick-fil-A was a company I deeply aligned with, and after chatting with my friend Jeremy Tatman, who is an Operator in Iowa, I decided to apply for an Operator role.

After many months of interviewing and traveling to Atlanta, I was accepted to become an Operator in West Des Moines, Iowa at the Jordan Creek Town Center Mall. After about 3 years of working there, I transitioned to Lindale FSU and have been here since March of 2019. The team is amazing, and they have performed record-breaking years each year I have been at this location. Last year, we won Symbol of Success and Champions Club for the first time in the history of the restaurant. At Chick-fil-A Lindale, we have the vision to be a blessing to each other and our guests while serving with excellence.
