Chick-fil-A Story

“My parents made me get a part-time job when I was 16, that is when I began working for Chick-fil-A at Knoxville Center Mall in TN. Logan McCay became the Operator of that location after I had been there for about a year. He really invested in me and trusted me with his business, which inspired my desire to become an Operator. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, I was selected into, what at the time was called, the Interim Manager Program. I traveled all over the country for a year and a half before becoming the Operator of Old Hickory Mall in Jackson, TN. I operated the mall location for 6 years before God led me to the Pacific NW, where I pioneered the brand in the Seattle area. I opened the Lynnwood FSR in May 2015, and I have been here ever since!”
