Chick-fil-A Story

Prior to Sanel’s Director role at the #1 Chick-fil-A in Texas, he eagerly joined his first Chick-fil-A team in his hometown of Mesquite, Texas. He was diligent in his role and ongoing development, eventually working his way up to the Senior Director position. In 2017, Sanel was chosen for Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program which helped prepare him for his first franchise location in Texarkana, TX, just over two years later.

As Chick-fil-A Central Mall’s new Owner/Operator, Sanel applied his entrepreneurial skills and relational mindset to develop others and serve his community. This location was selected to run a mobile Chick-fil-A Food Trailer in 2021 and won two Symbol of Success Awards during Sanel’s time there. After serving the Texarkana community since the fall of 2019, Sanel was then selected as the Owner/Operator of a new free-standing Chick-fil-A, close to home in Fort Worth, Texas. The Stockyards Chick-fil-A had it’s grand opening in May 2022, where Sanel is currently building effective teams and processes to inspire others.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Likewise, when we face adversity, we have a duty to support each other and fight alongside our team to reach our goals. Through disagreements with each other, or issues outside our organization, we support each other, adapt to change, and come back together as a team.

We are committed to pioneering the future of the business, today. We never settle for where we are, but seek to always improve our culture, our organization, and ourselves. With flexibility and determination, we always push ourselves and each other to grow and change for the better.
