After retiring from the Marines, Scott sought a career where he could continue leading and serving others, which led him to Chick-fil-A. He initially became the Owner/Operator of a location in Virginia, where he quickly built a reputation for developing strong teams and fostering a positive work culture. Seeking to broaden his influence, he and his family moved to Albany, New York, where he now operates the new Chick-fil-A at Clifton Park Center. His transition from military service to business ownership reflects his deep commitment to service, leadership, and community involvement, making Chick-fil-A the perfect fit for his next chapter.
Scott aims to create a positive and growth-focused environment for his teams, helping them develop both professionally and personally. He understands that a thriving restaurant is built on empowered people, and strives to actively mentor his employees. Chick-fil-A Clifton Park Center’s Mission Statement is, “Undeniable excellence in serving our guests, fostering team member success, and shared stewardship.”
