Ximena Pena-Rogers, Owner/Operator
CRESTWOOD
Ximena Pena-Rogers, native to the beautiful Republic of Colombia, moved to the United States at 21 years of age in hopes of attaining her college degree. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s in Business, and a driven mindset for leadership For almost 25 years, Ximena worked her way up in different large organizations in the Atlanta metropolitan area including Coca-Cola, Siemens, and McKesson. Though she excelled in her leadership in the business field, even as a high-level Executive, Ximena’s curiosity about entrepreneurship was strong.
She and her family currently reside outside of the Southwest side of Chicago, Illinois, working to make the Chick-fil-A in the village of Crestwood an intricate part of their community.

Chick-fil-A Story
While first being introduced to Chick-fil-A upon her transition to the United States, Ximena’s interest in working for the company did not begin to take root until 2014, upon attending North Riverside Chick-fil-A’s grand opening. The Owner/Operator was her brother-in-law and the one who began to answer her questions about one day owning her own franchise. The process was rigorous, but she saw the success of her brother-in-law’s restaurant and set her mind to progress through the process. After almost 3 years of interview and application process with Chick-fil-A, Ximena was selected as the Owner/Operator of the new Crestwood location in 2019.
