Zack hit the 12th-year mark in his career with Chick-fil-A in May 2024. He set the groundwork for his Operating career with almost 2 years in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program which included traveling, consulting, and assisting in the grand opening of new locations nationwide. Zack became the franchisee of his first official store in 2017 at the Grapevine Hwy & Midcities Blvd location. In January of 2021, Zack led his team in relocating to the first Chick-fil-A in Colleyville. In 2025, he and his family transitioned home to Georgia, to be a part of the Grand Opening for Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy & Zoar Church Road.
Zack aspires to care for his team and his guests in a way that inspires others to take care of those in their world. His genuine approach to leadership and hospitality impacts those he leads and the surrounding communities.
