Travis has a background in start-ups, business management, and ministry. Having been recruited to Chick-fil-A as an Operations Director and being married to a Chick-fil-A Operator, he has first-hand experience of the recruitment process from both the Client and Candidate perspectives. Travis enjoys riding his dirt bike, hunting, and “glamping”.
Dave has a background in entrepreneurship. He oversees operations, recruitment strategy, & team training. Dave lives in California and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Jared has a background in sales management and coaching for small businesses and individuals. Jared lives in Hawaii and enjoys surfing, spear-fishing, hiking, is an avid sports fan, drummer, and personal development junkie.
Julie worked at Chick-fil-A for 16 years starting as a team member & working her way to Grand Opening Trainer, Operations Director, and General Manager. After her experience with Chick-fil-A and watching her sister become an Owner/Operator, she has developed an even deeper passion for Chick-fil-A and helping others discover the opportunity they have to offer. Julie has a heart to serve and has led multiple fundraising events for families in need. She is very active in her church and is married with five children.
Katie has a background in training, team building, and system development. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, passionate about creating exceptional hiring processes and fostering positive work environments. Residing in Virginia with her husband, two daughters, and greyhound, Katie loves creating and spending time outdoors.
Susan began her Chick-fil-A career in 2009 as a restaurant manager and quickly became a certified trainer. As a certified trainer, Susan traveled from Florida to California, North Carolina to Oklahoma (to name a few!) assisting in the grand openings of new Chick-fil-As. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Communications degree in 2006. When she is not actively looking for talent, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs. Susan also enjoys baking, volunteering at her kids’ schools, and mentoring middle school girls through her church.
Weston worked for Chick-fil-A as a Director of Operations in Southern California. He graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Business and Communications, which is where he met his wife, Shannon. He started his career in Operations and is passionate about growing people and businesses. When Weston is not working, he is playing golf, making music, rock climbing, or relaxing with his wife and their dog (Nala).
Janet has worked in the foodservice industry for the past 28 years in many capacities. She most recently worked for a multi-unit Chick-fil-A operator in the Boston area starting as a General Manager for one location, as well as overseeing a Food Truck. She worked her way up to Executive Director of the MetroWest Organization. She excelled and embraced the culture of Chick-fil-A and all it stands for. She is very active in her church and is married with nine children and four grandchildren.
Brandi’s first job was with Chick-fil-A and she worked there for 12 years, starting as a Team Member and working her way up to a Grand Opening Trainer and Day Manager. She has a love and passion for Chick-fil-A and wants to help others experience that same passion. She feels so blessed to be able to have this opportunity to work for Cooper Connect, as she is able to stay at home with her kids. When she is not sharing her passion for Chick-fil-A, Brandi is relaxing with her husband and two kids.
Sommer started with Chick-fil-A in 2008 in Morgantown, WV (Let’s Go Mountaineers!). She started as a team member and worked her way to Manager, Hospitality Director and Grand Opening Certified Trainer. She loved traveling for Grand Openings and creating raving fans across the country. When she is not recruiting, Sommer keeps busy as an active 4-H club leader, AWANA teacher at her local church, and lover of all things Dogue de Bordeaux. Sommer resides in West Virginia with her husband and 2 young sons. They love to garden, raise their dogs, and kayak.
David has over 7 years of experience with Chick-fil-A where he started in the dish room at the Fayetteville Dwarf house and worked himself up to Grill and Self-Serve Supervisor. He eventually became the hiring manager and director of hospitality. His hobbies include reading, watching movies, creating and editing podcasts, and any activity he can do with his kiddos. David lives in Rockledge Florida with his 3 children.
Virginia found her love for serving people when she began her Chick-fil-A journey at 15 years old. She progressed from Team Member to Team Leader and served as the Marketing Director. Virginia is passionate about connecting people to meaningful careers. She loves raising her boys with her husband in a small town outside of College Station, TX. Together they enjoy traveling to Texas' State Parks, trying new recipes, and tending to their bees & birds.
Kaci first started at Chick-fil-A in 2004 at the Dwarfhouse in Fayetteville, GA, returning again in 2009 and going on to work at Truett's Pizza Cafe serving as a team member, catering, marketing and waitstaff. She studied Business Management and minor in Marketing at Clayton State University and is scheduled to graduate in December 2021. Kaci enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her family, and takes any opportunity to go on an adventure with her three daughters.
Rachel is from North Carolina and currently resides in Tennessee. For the last 10 years, she has worked for nonprofits in various Administrative and Event role capacities. She has a passion to serve and develop people in every aspect of her life. Being outside gives her energy, music can bring her peace, and staying active in her church and local community gives her purpose.
Sierra started with Chick-fil-A as a marketing assistant while working through college as a marketing major. She handled all social media platforms, organizing store events and community outreaches. During this time she realized her heart for building relationships and community. through serving others. She has a husband and four young children who keep her busy! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, creating new business ventures, being outdoors and home decorating.
Mandy's first job in high school was with Chick-Fil-A Dwarf House in Fayetteville, GA as a team member and wait staff. She is married to a sailor in the US Navy and homeschools her three children. They currently reside in Hawaii, but have lived in GA, IL, VA, and FL. In her free time, Mandy enjoys hiking, adventuring outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Shannon is a current nursing student at Duke University with aspirations to become a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. She earned her BS in Public Health from Brigham Young University-Idaho where she also met her husband, Weston. Shannon has been a lover of all things Chick-fil-a and had her first date there with her husband when they were dating. She is compassionate about serving others, giving back to her community, and being an advocate for the underserved. When she is not working, you can find her participating in exercise, spending time with family, or playing with her dog, Nala.
Laura's first impressions of Chick-fil-A began in 2002, when she joined the team as a waitress at the Dwarf House in Fayetteville, GA. After marriage to her husband, Scott, she moved to various places with Scott's career in the Marine Corp. During that time, Laura served in a wide variety of ministry services while homeschooling her two children. Laura enjoys being with her family, camping, or having family movie nights.
Cora is from Myrtle Beach, SC and has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Liberty University. She is currently traveling across the country with her husband who is in Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program. Cora's Chick-fil-A experience comes from working in the restaurant as well as helping her husband manage corporate-owned locations. In her free time, Cora loves being a mom to her boys, reading and reviewing books, and traveling to new places.
Kimberly spent the last 18 years homeschooling her four children and teaching English in their educational cooperatives. She worked part-time for Chick-fil-A in delivery and catering. With a deep appreciation for the values and culture of Chick-fil-A and a passion for helping people grow, she is grateful to be part of an organization that connects great people with outstanding opportunities. In her free time, Kimberly loves to read, spend time with family and friends, and adventure in the great outdoors.
Steven is from Myrtle Beach, SC, and graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. He worked for Chick-fil-A for over 10 years in various management roles, with his last being as General Manager. He is passionate about connecting people with new opportunities and helping jump-start their career paths. Steven also recently started his own travel agency and wants to help plan remarkable vacations that are stress-free for his clients. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his wife, Ivy, and their cat, Max.
Jessica graduated from Pellissippi State in 2012 with an Associates Degree in Sociology. She's always had a love for helping others and has spent a majority of her career in hospitality and working with children. Jessica is a lover of all things Chick-fil-A and is compassionate about serving others and giving back to her community. In her free time, you can find her working on home projects, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, three kiddos, and goldendoodle, Olive.
Ashton attended Texas A&M University where she received her BBA in 2021. She worked at Chick-fil-A for over 2 years as a Marketing Director and then an Executive Director. She fell in love with the culture that Chick-fil-A offers and knew it was something she wanted to be connected to long-term. In her free time, Ashton loves listening to podcasts, being outdoors with her fur babies, and traveling with her husband.
Andrea is originally from Mexico City, Mexico, but grew up in Alpharetta, GA. She graduated from Berry College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. Her journey with Chick-fil-A started as a Marketing Director in Washington D.C., which is also where she met her husband. Outside of work, she loves going hiking, reading, and playing pickleball. She also enjoys traveling the country and exploring new places with her husband who is in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program.
Tiago worked for multiple Chick-fil-A locations in Colorado and his last position was as a Front of House Director. He graduated from Colorado Christian University with a degree in Business Management. Tiago is very involved with missions in Brazil and met his wife, Helô on a mission trip during college. Tiago lives in Brazil now and enjoys taking walks with his wife and going on out of town trips or vacations whenever possible!
Laura graduated from Northwest Florida State College in 2016 with a degree in Theater and Entertainment Technology with a concentration in Dance. She started working at Chick-fil-A in 2020 and fell in love with the company. In 2022, her husband got accepted into Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program where they travel the country while he is pursuing the path to become an Owner/Operator. When Laura isn’t working, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, taking dance classes when she can, and watching movies.
Grace Maples is passionate about serving and helping those who are looking for their dream job at Chick-fil-A in whatever capacity she can. She is currently seeking her B.S. in Biblical Counseling as an online student at Boyce College. She and her family live and serve in East Africa. When she is not in class or at work, you can find her hiking mountains with her friends, sipping a cup of hot tea, learning a new language, or baking some croissants.
Within Chick-fil-A, Timothy has held diverse Director roles and was a certified trainer for Chick-fil-A Corporate. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Grand Canyon University and a Master's in Business Administration from Liberty University. He has a passion for small business consulting and helping others thrive. Beyond his professional endeavors, Timothy volunteers at his local church and finds joy in traveling, flying, rock climbing, and serving others. He and his wife Katie, along with their son and Goldendoodle, call Cranberry Township, PA home.
Josh graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a B.S. in Exercise Science and received an M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. His experience with Chick-fil-A began after his wife was accepted into Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program; Josh now travels across the country supporting Chick-fil-A restaurants as she pursues her dream of becoming an Owner/Operator. During his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the gym, playing golf, hiking, fishing, and pretty much anything sports or outdoors related!
Emily says faith is fundamental in all aspects of her life. One verse she lives by is 2 Corinthians 10:5. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s in Managerial Science. During her senior semester in college, she interned with Chick-fil-A Corporate’s Winshape Camps. Since graduating, she has worked in the credit union industry and for a Chick-fil-A-owned pizza restaurant, Truett’s Pizza Cafe. She, her husband, and daughter reside in a small southern town in south Georgia. In her spare time, she loves to work out, spend time with family, and be outdoors.
Claire graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She began her career with Chick-fil-A to work alongside her husband; they travel across the country while he is pursuing to become an Owner/Operator through Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program. During their travels, you can find Claire trying new local coffee shops, reading, exploring new hiking trails, or spending time with her Goldendoodle, Finley.
